Presque Isle Classic Race
February 23, 2012
The Mt Abram Nordic team faced extremely challenging conditions for the Classic Race at States yesterday. One minute before the race was to begin, it began to snow enormous wet flakes of snow...changing the skiing conditions tremendously. The whole team rose to the occasion and met the challenge head-on. Those of us who were there were extremely proud of the effort they each put into that race. The following photos cannot convey what this race was like...but here they are.

States at Presque Isle: Free Style Race
Here are some shots from today's meet. It was a beautiful day. Unfortunately, Sadie was unable to compete due to a knee injury during the preview of the course. We are hoping she'll be able to compete on Thursday.
