P.I. Lunch Supply List, What am I (or my Child) Bringing?

Hi Everyone,

Well the team meeting was a bit hectic, but things seemed to have worked out pretty easily!!!!!

This is the list the team came up with. If you think we need more, or anything different please send it.
We figured 20 lunches x 3 days plus snacks.( Team, coaches, bus driver )
Tuesday - PBJ          Wednesday - cold cuts or PBJ        Thursday - PBJ and left over cold cuts

TREVOR - 2 bags of apples,  (Granny Smith and Red)
IVY - A big block of Cheddar cheese + cheese slicer
MAGGIE - 2 bags of Oranges, Navel please. (Special request)
DRAEGAN - 40 OZ  peanutbutter, smooth only, ( plus popcorn and crax)
SADIE - Carrots and hummus
JAY - Tosti crax ( plus grape jelly and peanutbutter)
TRENT - Jam, bread
HATTIE - Jam, bread
THOMAS - Jam, Trail mix
NICK - Chewy granola bars...chewy is a special request!
RILEY - Napkins and plates
EMMA - spoons, mayo, mustard

I will shop for cold cuts and bread on Monday.
Baked goods appreciated and nibbles appreciated for after the races and evenings!
Gisele loaning a folding table. She is also loaning a big rubber tub to pack food in on Monday am.
I will pack one cooler.

Will be looking for help at MTA to pack food on Monday am.

Please send your racer with a snack for the bus ride, but Buzz thinks they will stop along the way for lunch on Monday.
Lettuce or tomatos slices may be a good idea for Wednesday. Anyone coming up Tuesday night that may be able to pack that?

Expect some outward signs of school spirit!!!!!!! Think blue and gold!  This group is pretty excited for this road trip!

  1. Do you want another cooler? I can send one with Ivy on Monday morning or bring one up with me on Tuesday. I hope to be up there before the race on Tuesday. Let me know if I should bring anything else.
